Introduction to Collaborative Working and ISO 44001 (course Code: ICWA-100)

Introduction to Collaborative Working (CW) and ISO 44001 is a one-day course which has been specifically developed as a baseline introduction to collaborative working. It highlights the impacts of behaviours and the benefits of working together for front line staff. These include supervisors, team leaders and staff engaged in customer or partner facing activities where collaborative working has been identified as crucial for successful delivery and those who may be encountering a collaborative environment for the first time. We elaborate major dimensions of Collaborative Working and our focus would be specifically on highly relevant knowledge areas in accordance with ISO 44001.
Principles for Collaborative Working (Course Code: ICWA-101)

Principles for Collaborative Working is a half-day course which provides an introduction to underlying principles of Collaborative Working and the application in specific case studies. This interactive course is cantered on raising awareness to the key principles which are also found in ISO 44001 and how these collectively support collaborative working.
Collaborative Working and ISO 44001 for Practitioners (Course Code: ICWA-200)

Collaborative Working and ISO 44001 for Practitioners is a two-day course which provides initial overview of collaborative working and ISO 44001 for future practitioners who will be working within collaborative multi-party environment which a collaborative framework. This course would help practitioners who may be providing support or advice to other organisations in the application if the ISO standard.
Insight into ISO 44001

Insight into ISO 44001 is a half-day course which provides an introduction to ISO 44001 and associated suit of guidance documents including ISO 44002. The course is also aimed at providing insight into the development of ISO 44001 and provides a clear understanding on ISO 44001 accreditation.
Collaborative Leaders (Course Code: ICWA-300)

The aim of this course is to help organisations to establish their own in-house capabilities to develop and maintain effective collaborative working. After this course delegates will have a deep understanding of collaborative business relationship management, including the use of tools and techniques for identifying and managing risks and benefits. Course delegates shall be given the opportunity and encouraged to apply the learning into their own business scenarios and work with others to build on experiences. Successful candidates will additionally qualify for automatic membership of ICW (MICW).
Collaborative Business Relationships Risk & Benefit Management

This is a one-day course which focuses on collaborative relationship risk and benefit management as an integral part of effective performance. Understanding what constitutes relationship risk and benefit and how effective mitigation strategies can be implemented within joint risk and benefit management. The course addresses how to adopt a systemic approach to relationship risk and benefit management addressing personal, organisational and the joint enterprise aspects. Effective collaborative relationship risk and benefit management will significantly reduce cost and waste, enable the expected benefits to be realised.
Managing Cultures and Behaviours

This is a two-day course which aims to provide a solid foundation for robust and effective collaboration based on both the operating processes and the interactions of the parties involved. This course provides insight to the impacts cultures and behaviours on performance, how to identify, monitor, measure and address both positive and negative behaviours. This workshop addresses personal behaviour types and drivers. Understanding personality traits in team selections, risk that can be introduced by pressures from the business environment. The cultural profiles of collaborating organisations and the relationship between behaviours, processes and ultimately performance.
