Collaborative Leaders (Course Code: ICWA-300)

The aim of the course is to build detailed knowledge and understanding of Collaborative Working so participants become practitioners able to effectively implement collaborative working as a business discipline within organisations.

After this course, delegates will have a deep understanding of collaborative business relationship management, including the use of tools and techniques for identifying and managing risks and benefits. Course delegates shall be given the opportunity and encouraged to apply the learning into their own business scenarios and work with others to build on experiences.

This is a full 4-day residential course, including a day to undertake the Warwick University monitored exam and associated professional development feedback. The Course Fee is $3750 (excluding GST) for the full 4-day course and includes the exam marking fee.

Mr. Leigh Lawry, ICW UK’s Associated Director of Education and Training and the global lead on delivery of this course, will be leading delivery of the course in person and will be assisted by Brett Ackroyd and Joshua Choong.

Successful completion of the course also includes one year’s individual membership of the Institute for Collaborative Working and the use of the letters MICW as a qualification.
