About the event
We all know that the business discipline of collaborative working is worthy and that we should be doing it – but not everyone knows where to start.
We begin with individuals – those we call change-makers, who are willing to ‘turn up’ and collaborate. They need an open mindset and a willingness to collaborate. A collection of change-makers creates a collaborative team – or several teams within a company able to work together – because external collaboration, outside of your company, cannot effectively happen if it doesn’t happen internally.
In this webinar, you will be provided resources and information for testing open mindset, practical tools and resources, and a starting point for making collaboration work – and answer any questions you may have.
The webinar will be presented by Allan Ryan, the Founder and Executive Director of the Hargraves Institute and the Director of the Centre for Social Purpose. He is an Adj. Professor at UTS Business School with over 20 years’ experience helping leaders, teams, and organisations deliver real competitive advantage through innovation
