Our Executive Network
These are the leaders in the Collaborative Working community and support ICWAustralia in improving and expanding the Collaborative Working Community.
Founding Executive Network Member
Babcock
Babcock Australasia joined the Institute for Collaborative Working Australia as our inaugural Executive Network Member in August 2021.
Babcock is driving collaborative working across industry as part of a cultural approach to delivering complex programs and solutions through transparency, mutual support and shared benefits.
Our relationship with them builds upon Babcock International Group’s founding membership of the global Institute for Collaborative Working – formed in the United Kingdom in 1990 – and it combines Babcock’s corporate experience of collaboration across its value-chain, with the domain leadership of the ICW.
Together, we will work to achieve our core vision of being the home of collaboration, where good practice is shared and supported with research, experience and training, and building a global community which recognises the development of skills and knowledge of collaborative working practices.
Executive Network Member
Ventia
Ventia is one of the largest essential infrastructure services providers in Australia and New Zealand and have a proven track recording in achieving outcomes for clients through successful collaborative working. As a company they emphasise client focus, innovation and commitment to sustainability, and these three priorities align well with collaborative working as a business discipline, as they keep people at the centre of success. We look forward to working with Ventia to leverage the benefits of collaborative working in Australia and welcome them as thought-leaders to our community of practice.
