Collaborative Working
Community of Practice (CoP)

The Collaborative Working Community of Practice (CoP) is a network of businesses, organisations and individuals actively engaged in Collaborative Working, as partners or members of the Institute for Collaborative Working Australia (ICWA). 

ICWA's Individual Associate Members are people engaged in Collaborative Working who utilise and contribute to ICWA networks, activities, events and projects. Individual Associate Membership (IAM) is open to anyone who is interested in being involved in the Community of Practice.

SME Collaborative Network Membership (CNM-SME)

SME Collaborative Network Membership (CNM-SME) offers small to medium enterprises access to resources and assistance to deploy and realise the benefits of Collaborative Working, as well as offering collaboration and network-building opportunities. Collaborative Network Membership brings recognition as experts and thought-leaders in Collaborative Working. 

Benefits include:

  • Acknowledgement in core ICWA materials

  • Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis

  • Participation in the Community of Practice

  • 10% off all ICWA Courses, for all employees

  • 3 free employee/contractor IAMs

  • Invitations to Member-Only events and discounts on paid event

  • Opportunities to formally partner with ICWA on specific SME projects, events, research and  activities

  • Opportunity to establish and lead a Special Interest Group administered by ICWA

Executive Network Membership (ENM)

Executive Network Membership (ENM) offers leading organisations recognition of their role in the forefront of developing the practice of Collaborative Working. Executive Network Membership brings greater recognition as experts and thought-leaders on Collaborative Working. 

 

Benefits include:

  • Recognition as a thought leader organisation 

  • Recognition in core ICWA materials

  • Use of ICWA Logo and ENM Badge

  • Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis

  • 10% off all ICWA Courses, for all employees

  • 5 free employee/contractor IAMs

  • First year free IAMs for all employees

  • Opportunities to formally partner with ICWA on specific research projects and community activities

Membership ICW UK (MICW)

Individuals also have the option to become Members of Institute for Collaborative Working UK.

ICWA delivers the Collaborative Leaders Course on behalf of ICW UK in Australia - offering individuals in Australia a pathway to becomes Members of ICW (MICW). Further information about the Collaborative Leaders course is HERE.
