Value Generation In Collaborations Webinar 14 Apr 2026
How do you know... 1. If collaborating with others will produce value for you? 2. If existing collaborations are producing all the value they are capable of? 3. That collaborative process elements are working the way you expected and producing value, or perhaps, consuming value? This webinar addresses those questions in a pragmatic way and delve deeply into the many forms of value creation and exchange, concluding by mapping those methods to the requirements of ISO 44001.

Collaboration-MakingaDifftoProfServices
The Institute for Collaborative Working Australia is proud to present a webinar from our newest Special Interest Group Lead for Professional Services, Michael Perkins. We are pleased to have him as part of ICW Australia and are excited to introduce him to our community of practice with this webinar. In this webinar, Michael will share his vision and plans for the professional services interest group, and outline how collaboration as a process of building value for multiple service providers operating in complex environments. His experience is collaboration and family disputes, aging, and financial services brings a fresh perspective. Michael and our ICWA Directors will discuss how collaborative working approaches can be applied in the Australian professional services context to meet the challenges of the future. Michael is the Principal Lawyer with Autonomy First Lawyers, a multidisciplinary law practice bringing together a team of experienced trusts and estates law, business law and clinical neuropsychology experts. They help legal, medical, financial and other professionals reduce risk to themselves and to vulnerable clients when decision making ability is in doubt. Michael is also an author and educator with over 30 years experience in trusts, estates and private client practice.
