Performance Through People
Performance Through People: Transforming collaboration into a sustainable competitive advantage People are a company’s core asset, and the organising principles governing how they work are crucial to realizing their potential. At a time of uncertainty and talent scarcity, leaders can choose to capture lasting benefits by ensuring that their organisations truly work for their people. In this webinar, Allan Ryan founder of the Hargraves Institute and Adjunct Professor at UTS Business School will outline how organisations can develop a collaborative culture and most importantly, collaborative leaders. We all understand that collaboration is important. How we develop and improve collaborative practice and what people do are questions that may not be clear to many. A recent survey by McKinsey of 1800 organisations highlights the importance of collaborative practices to deliver high performance and resilience. And only 9% fit this category. This webinar will explore the practice actions, tools, and skills needed for all modern leaders today.
